Padm Shirsasana

It's a variation of headstand or shirsasana.
If you can do shirshasana then only try this otherwise you can hurt your self. 
For this you must know how to do shirshasana or headstand and lotus pose without using your hands. 
How to do? shirsasana
2. Fold your leg in a lotus pose.
3. Try to hold there for few seconds.
4. If you have a neck problem or frozen shoulder problem then avoid it.
