So, Put your both hands on wall in backward position with comfortable distance and then slowly drop your head back. Try to push as much as you can. Try to straight your hands, hold there few seconds. Now slowly relaxed.
After backwardbending its compulsory to do forwardbending, If you are in standing position just bend to the forward, if you are doing in sitting position then do Paschimottanasana.
1:01 For Spine Flexibility again put your hands on the wall in backward position, straight your elbows & hands. Try to sitting in chair pose. Make sure we have to push our spine with help of our hands.
Note :- If you have Knee Problem please avoid this.
Bend your knee and Stay there, again come up & do repetition.
