00:09 1st Camel Pose (Ustrasana), Sit down in a Vajrasana, Your back should be straight, come on your knee, Slowly put your hands on your back. We are going to do Ardha Ustrasana or camel pose just stay there for few seconds & count One, two, three slowly come back a normal position. Now if you are comfortable we are trying to do camel pose (Ustrasana). Slowly drop your back down, Hold your ankle or heal whatever comfortable for you, stay there for few seconds 1 2 3 4 5 gently come back with the support of your back sit normally.
1:17 2nd Bridge Pose (Setubandhasana), Leg Straight slowly lie down on your back with the support of your hand. Hands by your side comfortable distance between your leg, knees little bit apart. We are going to do Bridge Pose (Setubandhasana).do inhale and up ,try to hold ankle or heal, whatever comfortable for you, stay there for few seconds & come back in normal position.
1:59 3rd Plough Pose (Halasana), Stay on your back, Legs straight slowly push your legs towards to your head .push your back as much as you can. Toes relaxed, Hands relaxed, Stay there for few seconds 1,2,3,4,5 put your hands on your back and slowly come back in normal position.
2:50 4th Shoulderstand (Sarvangasana), Lie down on your back, leg straight again back in a halasana pose first and then slowly lift your legs towards to the ceiling .shoulder stand known as a sarvangasana. Stay there for few seconds make sure your legs should be straight & slowly come back in a normal position, hands relaxed, slowly release your legs & slowly coma back in a normal position. Turn into one side support of the one hand and slowly sitdown in Vajrasana.
3:54 5th Child Pose (Balasana), Do inhale raise your hands up and with the exhalation move forward, stay there for few seconds 1 2 3 4 5 slowly come back release your hands.
