1st Exercise :- We are going to learn five yoga poses for a healthy and glowing skin. So first raise your hands up with the exhalation move forward. This is a forward band yoga pose uttanassan, Stay there for few seconds 1 2 3 4 5 slowly slowly come back in a normal position.
00:38 (2nd Exercise) Downward dog yoga pose or Adho mukha svanasana put your palm on the floor, Your knee should be straight hold your breath, Push your back little bit inside try to steer in a few seconds. Everyday, we should increase you counting for good result & for a benefit. Slowly come back in a normal position.
1:23 (3rd Exercise) Slowly sit down and lie down on your back, do inhale and raise your leg up at a 90-degree your knee should be straight, This is called a Leg raise pose or Viparita Karani. slowly relaxed leg straight.
1:27 (4th Exercise) Slowly come on your stomach, Do inhale and slowly up if you're comfortable try to stretch your elbow. this is called a cobra pose and bhujang assan and it is very good for your spine too. slowly come back into normal position. Stay there for few seconds.
2:45 Last one child pose for this sit down in a vajra assan your back should be straight do inhale raise your hands up and with the exhalation move forward make sure do not up your hips, Stay there for a few seconds. One, two, three, four, five this whole yoga poses.
It's a very good for your. Glowing skin and healthy hair slowly relax come back into normal positiion.
